6. Rental Agreement
Each rental is governed by a separate written rental agreement signed at the time of pickup. That agreement covers vehicle condition, insurance, fuel, mileage, fees, prohibited uses, return conditions, damage responsibility, and other rental-specific terms. These Terms of Service are in addition to, not in place of, the rental agreement.
7. Payment, Deposits, and Fees

- A security deposit hold may apply

8. Cancellation and Refunds

9. Prohibited Use of Vehicles
- Racing, off-roading, or driving on unpaved roads not approved for the vehicle
- Transporting illegal substances or engaging in illegal activity
- Rideshare or taxi services (unless specifically approved in writing)
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Towing unless specifically authorized
- Transporting more passengers than seatbelts available
- Driving outside Florida without prior written approval
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of the rental, forfeiture of deposits, and liability for damages.
10. Insurance and Liability
Renters are required to carry valid auto insurance or purchase coverage through us. You are responsible for damage to the vehicle, third-party damage, traffic violations, tolls, and any fees incurred during your rental period, subject to the terms of your insurance and rental agreement.

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee vehicle availability for any specific date or time until a reservation is confirmed.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, On Demand Rentals and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our website shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.
